The following link contains answers to frequently asked questions. Prospective students with additional questions should contact May Brantley (may.brantley@yale.edu).
The Whitney Theater
The Whitney Theater, located at the Whitney Humanities Center at 53 Wall Street, is the designated venue for Theater Studies productions, though every year one or two senior project productions take place in other venues for artistic reasons. Generally, these curricular productions, together with necesary periods of maintenance and repair, fill the schedule of available times in the Whitney. However, Theater Studies is occasionally able to support a production from outside our program in the Whitney Theater. These occasions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Interested parties should send the following form to Kate Krier (kathryn.krier@yale.edu). Please note: the Whitney Theater is not available for production during reading and exam weeks.
